things like acidity, salt & sugar have on how you perceive a wine.

A hands-on opportunity to learn how great wines are made by exploring & helping to
tend our vineyards.
8/26 Making Wine: From Vine to Cellar
Held in our winery, this meeting will give you a chance to learn how all varieties of
wine are made.
10/28 Making Wine: From Cellar to Bottle
A chance to explore how the steps involved in taking wine from a tank or barrel to the
bottle. This meeting will include a chance to compare wines still in the winery to the
bottled final product.
12/9 Wine Regions of the World
An exploration of how the major wines regions of the world create fine wines, including
a comparison of the Niagara Wine Trail with other, well-known regions.
