Our Wines

Dry White

Gruner Veltliner $16.95

This wine has a green-yellow hue with complex fruit aromas and flavors of citrus and peach. A medium-bodied wine, it shows just a hint of sweetness to balance the natural acidity. Pair with spicy Asian dishes.

Gewurtztraminer $16.95

A racy edge and pronounced spiciness and fruit defines this wine. A powerhouse of lychee, mango, grapefruit, honey, and spice. Lightly chill and enjoy with most Asian foods.

Pinot Gris $12.95

A crisp, dry wine with hints of apple and citrus. Although the wine does have a touch of sweetness, the crisp fruit acids balance the sweetness, giving a wine that goes well with cream sauces, shellfish, and dishes heavy with butter and garlic.

Chardonnay $12.95

This wine has fruit-centered aromas and flavors of citrus, green apples, and pears, with just enough acidity to keep it crisply delicious. Made with no oak, it will change your mind about Chardonnay (if you are tired of chewing on acorns!).

Riesling $14.95

A Rhine-style Riesling combining notes of apple and pear with citrus, and balancing the hint of sweetness with crisp acidity. This is an off-dry wine that pairs beautifully with seafood and with Oriental cuisine.

Dry Red

Cabernet Franc $16.95

A slightly more structured version of Cabernet Franc, with soft tannins and typical Cabernet Franc fruitiness. Excellent choice anytime you might want a Cabernet with a steak. Elegant and appetizing.

Pavilion Novelle de Cabernet Franc $14.95

This more charming and aromatic parent of Cabernet Sauvignon is subtly fragrant, lightly fruity, and has been described as “gently flirtatious, indeed the feminine side of the Cabernet family.” Delightful lightly chilled, perfect for red wine lovers in hot summer.

Bold yet elegant, this merlot is big and full with up-front waves of raspberry, blackberry, and plum. Subtle notes of vanilla follow the fruit. Dark, rich, and intense.

Pavilion Novelle de Merlot $14.95

Flavors of raspberry and cherry followed by a subtle toasted note. Gentle tannins and well-integrated oak contribute structure to the fruit-driven profile. This soft red pairs with red meats and will even work well with roast chicken.

Meritage $14.95

A classic Bordeaux-type blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, a great wine to pair with steak. Nice, fruity character, combined with notes of black pepper. A touch of oak to smooth the tannins.

Pinot Noir $14.95

Medium bodied with bright crimson color and an alluring bouquet with hints of cherry. A versatile wine that can pair with anything, from roast beef to turkey to salmon.

Moulin Peche . . $12.95

A delightful salmon-color off-dry wine, based on Merlot and Chardonnay. This wine is fresh and soft, refreshing on a hot day or excellent paired with spicy foods. The name is a play on words. “Peche,” depending on the accent, can mean pink, peach-colored, or slightly naughty (in a risque sort of way).

Gspritztn Blush . .$12.95

No, that’s not a typo! Gspritztn is a Viennese word for a wine that is crisp, light, and refreshing, with a very light spritz—a perfect description of this Merlot-based blend. Great with pizza or a ham sandwich!

Chocolate Obsession $14.95

A very fruity red wine with hints of strawberry in the background, enhanced with just a touch of chocolate. We’re not really sure which one is naughtier!!

Chocolate Ecstasy. ..$14.95

Rich, sweet, and naughty! Red wine and chocolate—what a wonderful combination!! This rich, full-bodied wine starts with one of our red table wines, creating a wine bursting with natural fruit flavors with just a hint of chocolate in the background. Great for sipping, great for meals—great anytime!

Sweet & Fruity

Toriamour. ..$12.95

This soft, fruity wine dances on your tongue with background notes of raspberry. Very light and refreshing, perfect as a cocktail or over ice. Take it on a picnic or try it in the hot tub!

Pechette. ..$12.95

This delightfully soft, sweet white wine is infused with natural peach essence, and enhanced with just a light touch of effervescence. Pechette is a perfect cocktail or a refresher on a warm afternoon—have it well-chilled or over ice.

Glace Chardonnay $19.95

This sweet luscious wine is made from Chardonnay grapes that were not completely frozen on the vine. Think of it as a lighter, more delicate version of ice wine–and a much better value!

Vika Verzay $14.95

Always served hot, this unusual white spiced wine traditionally warms vineyard workers in winter and campers on chilly summer nights in the mountains. Pour it in a cup, zap in the microwave, and it’ll warm you better than . . !

Ports & Sherries

Potensus $16.95

Sweet, flavorful, complex. Great to sip, great before or after meals with cheese or desert—probably the most versatile port-type wine you will ever meet. We think it is best served slightly chilled.
